# Built by one person. Grown through the product.

FirstPromoter started in 2017 as a solo project and grew entirely through word of mouth. No sales team. No paid acquisition. The product found its market because it solved a real problem - tracking partner commissions tied directly to subscription billing events, not just signups.

3,000+ subscription businesses now run their affiliate, referral, and influencer programs on it. The brand, content, and community infrastructure hasn't matched that growth yet. That's the work these roles exist to do.

The team is small by design. You'll work directly with the founder, make decisions that ship, and see the results without waiting for a reporting cycle.
